Wibble - Gin Cocktail Recipe
The Wibble is a modern classic, created by Dick Bradsell at The Player in 1999 in answer to a challenge set by Plymouth Gin.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 30ml/ 1 part Plymouth Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part pink grapefruit juice (fresh)
- 10ml/ 0.25 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- 5ml/ bar spoon sugar syrup
- 5ml/ bar spoon crème de mûre
- Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
