White Cargo - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Vanilla ice cream and gin! Not an obvious combination but a deliciously creamy one nonetheless.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 90ml/ 3 parts Beefeater Gin
- 90ml/ 3 parts vanilla ice cream
Method
Glass: Small Wine Glass.
Shake or blend ingredients with a small scoop of ice and pour into a small wine glass.
Notes
Why stop with vanilla? Strawberry and chocolate can work brilliantly too.
