Vesper - Gin Cocktail Recipe
The James Bond classic as drunk by the man himself, it too has a licence to kill!
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 20ml/ 0.5 parts Vodka
- 10ml/ 0.25 parts Lillet Blanc
- Lemon peel to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail or Deep Champagne Goblet.
Shake all ingredients very well with ice until extremely chilled, strain into a chilled glass and then add a large, thin slice of lemon peel.
