24 Fruit Tea Cup - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Beefeater 24 Gin served long with chilled Earl Grey tea and seasonal fruit.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Lillet Blanc
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts lemon juice
- 75ml/ 2.5 parts Earl Grey tea (chilled and sweetened)
- 1 mint sprig, 2 raspberries, 1 strawberry and an orange wedge to garnish
Method
Glass: Large Wine Glass or Highball.
Build all ingredients over ice in the glass and garnish with seasonal fruit and a mint sprig.
Notes
This recipe is for one, but the measurements can easily be increased to allow you to make this for sharing.
