24:75 - Gin Cocktail Recipe
An alternative take on the classic French 75 cocktail, with fresh grassy notes brought to it by the addition of Sencha tea.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Sencha tea syrup
- 15ml/0.75 parts lemon juice
- 90ml/ 3 parts Champagne
- Cherry to garnish
Method
Glass: Flute.
Shake and strain the first 3 ingredients. Then top with Champagne & garnish with a fresh cherry.
Notes
If you haven’t got Champagne, it’s perfectly ok to use Prosecco or other sparkling wines.
