The Count - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A fruity, zesty twist on the classic Negroni
The recipe
Ingredients
- 20ml/1 part Beefeater Gin
- 20ml/1 part sweet vermouth
- 20ml/1 part Campari
- Half an orange (chopped into small pieces)
- Lemon zest
Method
Glass: Collins or Highball.
Muddle all ingredients together; add crushed ice, churn and then crown with more crushed ice.
Notes
Try with any sweet citrus like mandarin or clementine.
