Savoy Hotel Special (No.2) - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A classic aperitif using a combination of French and Italian vermouths.

Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts French Vermouth
- 2 dashes Dubonnet
- Orange twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail or Coupette.
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
