Rosy Lee - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Exotic and delightful: Beefeater 24 Gin poured over Muscavado sugar and crushed pink grapefruit with a whisper of rose water.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- ¼ pink grapefruit
- 15 ml/ 3 bar spoons muscavado sugar (brown)
- 2.5ml/ 0.5 bar spoon rose water
Method
Glass: Collins or Highball.
Muddle all ingredients together; add crushed ice, churn and then crown with more crushed ice.
