Red Snapper - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Gin is even better than vodka in a Bloody Mary and Red Snapper is what it’s called. Everybody has their own style; this recipe is one that we like.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 90ml/ 3 parts tomato juice
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts Worcestershire sauce
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 dashes Tabasco
- 1 pinch black pepper (ground)
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 teaspoon horseradish (creamed)
- Lemon and celery to garnish
Method
Glass: Collins or Large Wine Glass.
Stir all ingredients with ice until well mixed. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a celery stick.
Notes
The ultimate pick-me-up, it’s very easy to scale up for sharing.
