Raspberry Iced Tea - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Beefeater 24 Gin with home-made raspberry iced tea.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 75ml/ 3 parts English Breakfast tea (chilled)
- 10ml/ 0.5 parts raspberry syrup
- Raspberries to garnish
Method
Glass: Collins or Highball.
Pour all ingredients into glass over ice.
Notes
Different flavoured syrups will completely change the drink’s character – try experimenting for yourself.
