RAC Cocktail - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A variation on the Martini using both sweet and dry vermouth.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml/ 1.5 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts sweet vermouth
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Dry vermouth
- Dash orange bitters
- 5ml/1 bar spoon grenadine
- Orange twist and cherry to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze the oils from an orange twist onto the surface of the drink, discard the twist and garnish with a cherry.
