Punch a la Milanese - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Created for sharing, this is a refreshing punch with the bitter/sweet notes of Campari and sloe gin.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 30ml/ 1 part Beefeater Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 90ml/ 3 parts blood orange juice
- 30ml/ 1 part Campari
- 90ml/ 3 parts soda water
- Wheels and twists of blood orange
Method
Glass: Punch Bowl & Cups.
Method: Mix all the above on a block of ice in a punch bowl or on rock ice in a highball and garnish with wheels and twists of blood orange.
Notes
These quantities serve 2 but can be easily increased for larger groups.
