Pink Lady - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Its colour can be deceptive - it’s sharp and has quite a kick.

Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts grenadine
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml/0.75 parts egg white (optional)
- 60ml/ 2 parts
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Just give all ingredients a good shake, strain and garnish with a slice of lemon.
