Perfect Lady - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A peachy take on the classic White Lady cocktail.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 40ml/ 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 20ml/ 1 part peach liqueur
- 20ml/ 1 part lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml/ 1 part egg white
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Notes
Replacing the Triple Sec with peach liqueur makes for a lighter drink.
