Pegu Club - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A luscious bitter/sweet cocktail.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml/ 1.5 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts sweet vermouth
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts lime juice (fresh)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
