Pear-Fect Lady - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A fruity pear twist on the classic White Lady.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 40ml/2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 20ml/1 part pear liqueur
- 20ml/1 part lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml/1 part egg white
- Slice of pear on the side of the glass.
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
