Passion fruit Iced Tea - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A delicious restorative concoction: Beefeater 24 Gin with home-made passion fruit iced tea.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 75ml/ 3 parts English Breakfast tea (chilled)
- 10ml/ 0.5 parts passion fruit syrup
- Lime wedge and a wheel to garnish
Method
Glass: Collins or Highball.
Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice. Squeeze lime wedge into glass and discard. Stir & garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
You can experiment by adding different flavoured syrups to your tea.
