Negroni - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A complex, bitter Italian aperitif that deserves to be savoured.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 30ml/ 1 part Beefeater Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part Campari
- 30ml/ 1 part sweet vermouth
- Orange to garnish
Method
Glass: Old Fashioned or Rocks.
Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice, stir and garnish with an orange wedge.
