Lapsang Martinez - Gin Cocktail Recipe
The classic Martinez cocktail with added smoky notes given to it by the introduction of Lapsang Souchong tea.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part Lillet Rouge
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts Lapsang Souchong syrup
- Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Stir all the ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
