Japa-Tini - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Beefeater 24 Gin stirred with Sencha tea syrup with the herbal notes of sage and the freshness of lemon bitters.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts Sencha tea syrup
- 4 save leaves
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- Grapefruit twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
