Green Snapper - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A fruity, yet spicy alternative to the Bloody Mary and the Red Snapper.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 40ml/ 4 parts Beefeater Gin
- 80ml/ 8 parts pineapple juice
- 10ml/ 1 part honey syrup
- 10ml/ 1 part lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 3 dashes green Tabasco Small handful coriander Pinch sea salt
Method
Glass: Highball.
Blend all ingredients except gin and strain through a sieve into small jug. Add ice cubes and gin, then transfer everything into a Highball glass. Decorate with cucumber sticks.
