Gin Fizz - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Very similar to the Tom Collins but it’s designed to be served on a smaller scale and without ice.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml/ 1.5 parts Beefeater Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts sugar syrup
- soda water
- Lemon wedge to garnish
Method
Glass: Small Wine Glass.
Shake the first three ingredients vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Notes
To make a Silver Fizz shake the ingredients with egg white. For a Golden Fizz add an egg yolk and for a Royal Fizz add both.
