Gin & Tea - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Gin and tea together in a glass, how English can you get? Beefeater 24 Gin with home-made lemon iced tea makes a long and refreshing drink.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 75ml/ 3 parts English Breakfast tea (chilled)
- 10ml/ 0.5 parts sugar syrup
Method
Glass: Collins or Highball.
Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice. Squeeze a wedge of lemon into the glass & discard. Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel.
