Florida 75 - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A version of the classic French 75 made specifically with Beefeater 24 Gin.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml/ 1.5 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 20m/ 0.75 parts pink grapefruit juice (fresh)
- 10ml/ 0.25 parts sugar syrup
- Champagne
- Grapefruit peel to garnish
Method
Glass: Champagne Flute.
Shake all ingredients, except the Champagne, with ice and strain into a Champagne flute. Top up with Champagne and garnish with a long twist of grapefruit peel.
