Elderflower Gimlet - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A modern twist on the classic lime gimlet.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 3 parts Plymouth Gin
- 20ml/ 1 part lime juice
- 20ml/ 1 part elderflower cordial
- Lemon twist
Method
Glass: Cocktail or Martini.
Shake all ingredients with ice and then strain into a chilled glass.
Notes
Feel free to try this drink with different flavoured cordials and other citrus fruits.
