East to West - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Created for sharing, this is a fresh, almost tropical summer punch.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml/ 1.5 parts Beefeater Gin
- 10ml 0.25 parts Havana Club (3 years old)
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Lillet Blanc
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts crème de cacao
- 90ml/ 3 parts coconut water
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Method
Glass: Punch Bowl & Cups.
Build all the ingredients over rock ice in a glass and stir to chill and mix. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Notes
These quantities serve 2 but can be easily increased for larger groups.
