Corpse Reviver (No.2) - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A classic and complex drink originally drunk as a “hair of the dog”.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Plymouth Gin
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Triple Sec
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts Lillet Blanc
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- Dash Absinthe
- Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
