Classic Bramble - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Plymouth Gin served short and crushed. The blackberry liqueur complements the citrus flavours making a tangy and creamy drink.

Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml/ 0.75 parts sugar syrup
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts crème de mûre
- Crushed ice Blackberry and a half crescent of lemon to garnish
Method
Glass: Rocks Glass or Old Fashioned Tumbler.
Build each drink adding the gin, lemon and sugar. Stir this mix then fill the glass with crushed ice and float the liqueur on top. Garnish with a half crescent of lemon and a few blackberries.
