Chocolate Bramble - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Chocolate flavours complement the citrus making strangely satisfactory flavours that reveal Plymouth Gin’s earthiness.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part lemon juice (fresh)
- 20ml 0.75 parts sugar syrup
- 10ml/ 0.5 parts crème de cacao
- Crushed ice Grated nutmeg and a half slice of lemon to garnish
Method
Glass: Rocks Glass or Old Fashioned Tumbler.
Build each drink in a rocks glass or an Old Fashioned tumbler, adding the Gin, lemon and sugar. Stir, then fill with crushed ice and float the liqueur on top. Garnish with half a slice of lemon, a few blackberries and a grating of nutmeg.
