Camomile Smile - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A sweet, herbal, camomile martini tempered with the bitter notes of Aperol.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part camomile tea syrup
- 1 bar spoon Aperol
- Grapefruit twist to garnish
Method
Glass: Cocktail.
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Notes
If you struggle to find Aperol, you can also try using Campari.
