Beefeater Gin Raspberryade - Gin Cocktail Recipe
An ideal refresher on a hot summer’s afternoon.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part lemon juice
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts sugar syrup
- 60ml/ 2 parts soda water
- 5 raspberries
- Lemon wheel and a few raspberries to garnish
Method
Glass: Highball or Collins.
Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Add ice and pour in all the other ingredients. Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and some fresh raspberries.
Notes
Try using other soft, seasonal fruits for a different take on this recipe.
