Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 30ml/ 1 part lime juice
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts sugar syrup
- 60ml/ 2 parts soda water
- Lime wheel to garnish
Method
Glass: Highball or Collins.
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass over ice, stir and garnish with a lime wheel.
