Beefeater Gin Blackberryade - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A great autumnal refresher.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 30ml 1 part lemon juice
- 15ml/ 0.5 parts sugar syrup
- 60ml/ 2 parts soda water
- 5 blackberries
- Lemon wheel and blackberry to garnish
Method
Glass: Highball or Collins.
Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Add ice and pour in all the other ingredients. Stir and garnish with a blackberry.
Notes
Other soft, seasonal fruits can give just as delicious results – try experimenting.
