Beefeater Gin & Pineapple - Gin Cocktail Recipe
A simple, tropical alternative to a Gin and tonic.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 90ml/ 3 parts pineapple juice
- Lime wedge and sage (optional) to garnish
Method
Glass: Highball or Collins.
Pour all ingredients over cubed ice, stir and squeeze in the juice of a lime wedge. Drop the lime wedge into the glass and serve.
Notes
Try adding a sprig of sage; you’ll find it makes a far more fragrant drink.
