Almond Iced Tea - Gin Cocktail Recipe
Beefeater 24 Gin served long with the refreshing mix of chilled Sencha tea and almond syrup.
The recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
- 90ml/3 parts Sencha tea (chilled)
- 20ml/0.75 parts almond syrup / orgeat syrup
- 10ml/0.25 parts sugar syrup
- 10ml/0.25 parts lemon juice (fresh)
- Lemon wheel to garnish
Method
Glass: Highball or Collins.
Build all ingredients over ice in a glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Notes
This recipe is for one, but this drink is great for sharing as the quantities can easily be increased.
